Russia's grain exports for the provision of rail freight concessions

Prices in accordance with the Department of the Russian Federation December 24, 2008 № 429-т / 4 order, Russia will offer concessions for the export of grain rail freight.
According to the Act, since 2009 (as of June 30, 2009), for the Central District and the Russian port of export, transport more than 1100 km away from the grain (commodity code ЕТСНГ 011-018) and the milling industry products (goods code ЕТСНГ 501-504) special rail freight, the freight in accordance with "the Russian railway freight transport and infrastructure services price list" (the first No. 10-01) provided for the second part of the 50% of freight.
At the same time, since the Siberian area, and the Far East Russian Far East port of export, transport more than 1100 km away from the grain (commodity code ЕТСНГ 011-018) and the milling industry products (commodity code ЕТСНГ 501-504) special rail freight, the freight in accordance with "the Russian railway freight transport and infrastructure services price list" (the first No. 10-01) provided for the second part of the 50% of freight.
