The shipper to have completed the requirements for goods transport procedures change, the original should be provided a written request issued by the shipper, personal documents and waybills effective joint shipper.

Before the delivery of goods in the consignment, the carrier may charge fees returned.

The carrier shall, in accordance with the following provisions dealing with transportation costs:
